针对我国现在所用的高速动车组齿轮箱长期被国外垄断,且面临齿轮箱箱体裂纹故障频发的问题,对高速动车组用铝合金箱体进行重新设计。使用三维建模软件Solid Works创建箱体模型,对所设计箱体在短路和启动两种工况下进行载荷计算,并用有限元分析软件Workbench进行强度分析,仿真试验结果验证了所设计箱体在这两种工况都不会出现塑性变形和裂纹,根据TJ/JW 064—2015评估启动工况的分析结果,证明了所设计箱体满足列车运行的要求。所进行的研究工作对高速动车组齿轮箱的自主研发有重要的参考价值。
For our country now used in high-speed EMU gearbox long been monopolized by foreign countries, and the gearbox box is facing frequent problems of crack failure, the high-speed EMU aluminum box redesign. The three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works was used to create the box model. The load of the designed box under short-circuit and start-up conditions was calculated. The strength of the box was analyzed by the finite element analysis software Workbench. Plastic deformation and cracking are not observed in both cases. The analysis of the start-up conditions evaluated according to TJ / JW 064-2015 proves that the designed box meets the requirements of train operation. The research work carried out on the independent research and development of high-speed EMU gearbox has important reference value.
