随着我国综机采煤技术的发展,与采面液压支架效能相比,采面端头支护落后的矛盾越来越突出了。当前它在一些矿区已成为影响综机采煤高产的重要因素之一,因此,研究综机采面端头支护已是迫在眉睫的问题。本文着重从端头支架功能及矿压角度,浅析几个端头支护技术发展中应注意的问题。一、端头支护的现状及存在问题正确的端头支护应能保证安全有效地维护端头围岩,使其工作状态良好。鉴于采面和顺槽支护方式及回采工艺的多样性,故且端头支护方式也是不同的。当前我国端头支护还是比较落后的。巷道端头用单体或液压支架维护;采面机头、机尾设备区用单体特殊超前支架或液压支架及时支护;煤壁前方支承压力影响区用单体点柱或抬棚加强支护;当采用沿空留巷时,煤壁后方支承压力
