在水管锅炉、化工生产设备及管型换热器的制造安装中,胀管是一道重要的工序,传统的方法是使用各种相适应规格的胀管器进行胀接。使用胀管器作业,人力、物力、时间花费大,特别是遇到一些要求把管子胀接在结构复杂、空间有限的设备上,使用胀管器胀接的方法就难以实施。我们在焦化厂圆筒型立管式加热炉的施工中就遇到难度大的一例胀管工程。加热炉的辐射室设计为60根6米长φ60mm×6mmCr5Mo耐热合金钢管和53个Cr5Mo180度回弯头连接为φ2570mm的圆环室,施工工艺为胀管式连接,由于胀管器难以实施,我们采取了TNT爆破胀管法进行作业,取得了质量好、速度快、劳动强度小的好效果。本文对TNT爆破胀管的施工工艺及施工过程作了回顾总结,以供借鉴和探讨。
Expansion pipe is an important process in the manufacture and installation of water pipe boilers, chemical production equipment and tube heat exchangers. The use of tube openers, labor, material and time-consuming, especially encountered some requirements to expand the tube in the complex structure, space is limited equipment, the use of expander inflation method is difficult to implement. We encountered in the coking plant cylindrical riser furnace construction of a case of difficult expansion project. Furnace radiation chamber design 60 6 meters long φ60mm × 6mmCr5Mo heat-resistant alloy steel pipe and 53 Cr5Mo180 degree elbow connected to the φ2570mm ring chamber, the construction process for the expansion tube connection, due to the expander difficult to implement, We have taken TNT blasting expander pipework, achieved good quality, fast, labor-intensive small good results. In this paper, TNT blasting expander pipe construction process and construction process were reviewed for reference and discussion.
