针对现有的皮带轮轮圈散热不好及皮带易滑脱等问题,研制了一种新型皮带轮:皮带轮的轮圈上设置有散热孔,皮带轮高速旋转带动皮带运转时摩擦产生的热量可以很好地通过该散热孔散热,避免了现有技术中通过增加附属装置来散热的麻烦;轮圈截面设计为向内凹陷的弧面或三角斜面,避免了因皮带脱落造成不必要停机带来的损失。实践证明:改进后的皮带轮结构简单、制造成本低、延长了皮带的使用寿命。
Aiming at the problems of poor heat dissipation and easy slippage of the existing pulley rim, a new type of pulley wheel is developed. The cooling wheel hole of the pulley wheel is provided with a cooling hole. The high-speed rotation of the pulley wheel causes the heat generated by the friction of the belt wheel to pass well The heat dissipation of the cooling holes avoids the trouble of heat dissipation in the prior art by increasing the attachment; the section of the rim is designed as a concave arc surface or a triangular inclined surface, which avoids the loss caused by unnecessary downtime caused by the belt falling off. Practice has proved that: the improved pulley structure is simple, low manufacturing costs, extending the life of the belt.
