人事档案是一个企业员工个人信息的载体,系统的记载着每个员工的基本信息,是一个员工工作经历、个人能力和综合素质的重要体现。对于人力资源和社会保障单位来说,人事档案管理就更为重要,因为准确、全面的员工人事档案管理系统是一个单位考察、了解、评价和使用人才的主要依据。本文主要探讨了在人力资源和社会保障局里人事档案管理系统的一些问题,从存在问题到解决措施,从重要性到意义都进行了阐述。对现在企事业单位的人事档案管理系统有很强的指导意义,对其他管理系统也有一定的借鉴意义。
Personnel files is a carrier of personal information of employees, the system records each employee’s basic information, is an employee’s work experience, personal ability and overall quality of an important manifestation. For human resources and social security units, personnel file management is even more important, because accurate and comprehensive employee records management system is a unit to investigate, understand, evaluate and use the main basis for personnel. This article mainly discusses some problems in personnel records management system of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, from the existing problems to the solution measures, from the importance to the significance. It is very instructive for personnel files management system of enterprises and institutions nowadays, and also has some reference to other management systems.
