In his address to the Eighth National Congress of the Federation of Chinese Literary Literatures and the Seventh National Congress of the Chinese Writers Association, General Secretary Hu Jintao said: ”We must firmly grasp the direction of the advanced socialist culture and establish a socialist core value system.
