目前很多企事业单位的人事档案管理方法还是比较落后的,在工作实施的过程中有许多问题的存在。本文对目前企业在进行人事档案管理过程中存在的一些现状进行分析,并对今后的人事档案管理工作进行设想,提出相对应的策略,以便于在今后人事档案管理的过程中能够做到更加的科学、合理。
