采用动态心电图连续48小时观察24例安装VVIR起搏器患者(频率反应功能关闭/开启各24小时),比较振动感知、重力加速度感知和呼吸感知三类传感器的VVIR起搏器在睡眠、休息、日常活动和散步及上楼时的频率反应情况,结果显示三美感知方式的VVIR起搏器均有不同程度的频率反应。振动感知最灵敏,反应也最快。振动感知和呼吸感知的反应程度大于重力加速度感知。开启频率反应功能后活动时自觉症状改善有4/21例,均为Ⅲ度AVB患者。认为丧失白身频率调节患者可由VVIR起搏器获得良好的频率支持。改善其生活及工作能力。
24 patients with VVIR pacemaker (frequency response function was turned off / on for 24 hours) were observed by dynamic electrocardiogram for 48 hours continuously.
