利用工业生产重铬酸钠的废弃物铝泥研制 Cr- Al鞣剂 ,必须首先对铝泥的成分进行分析 ,并确定合适的方法准确测定铝泥中的 Cr、Al含量。通过定性和定量分析铝泥的组成 ,及对各种化学测定方法的比较 ,确定了先将铝泥中的 Cr( )还原为 Cr( ) ,然后采用 EDTA络合滴定法与过氧化钠法结合测定 Cr( )和 Al( )的含量。该法简便易行 ,结果可靠 ,为配制性能优良的铬铝鞣剂提供了基础。
In order to develop Cr-Al tanning agent by industrial production of sodium dichromate, it is necessary to analyze the composition of aluminum sludge and determine the appropriate method to accurately measure the content of Cr and Al in the aluminum sludge. Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the composition of aluminum sludge and the comparison of various chemical determination methods, it was determined that Cr () in aluminum sludge was first reduced to Cr () and then EDTA complexation titration method was combined with sodium peroxide The contents of Cr () and Al () were determined. The method is simple, reliable, and provides a basis for the preparation of chrome-aluminum tanning agents with excellent properties.
