在设备维修过程中,常碰到一些轴承在箱体内很难拆除。以往我们采用的拉拔头是压缩液性塑料,使薄壁套筒变形来夹紧轴承内孔,进行拆卸轴承,但在实际使用中不大理想。为此,我们利用轴承内孔孔口的倒圆处设计并改进了一种拉拔头,使用效果很好。拉拔头的结构如图所示,由弹性外涨套筒1、开口垫圈2、锁紧螺母3;锥形心轴4和拉拔器5组成。弹性外涨套筒1带有内锥,锥角为29°,头部有一微凸缘(一般凸起0.5~1毫米即可),套筒上开有3~4条缺口槽,套筒材料为T8或T10,头部热处理
