复介电常数是物质相对于真空来说增加电容器电容能力的度量。复介电常数随分子偶极矩和可极化性的增大而增大。一般情况下在微波场中升温较快的物质都具有较高的复介电常数,实验使用有限元软件ANSYS对微波谐振腔内的电场进行模拟仿真,通过实验确定物料加热升温速率和降温速率,最终求出物料的复介电常数。
Complex permittivity is a measure of the ability of a substance to increase the capacitance of a capacitor relative to vacuum. Complex permittivity increases with the increase of molecular dipole moment and polarizability. In general, materials with higher temperature in the microwave field have higher complex permittivity. The experiment uses the finite element software ANSYS to simulate the electric field in the microwave cavity.
