在汽车安全检测系统中,很多电脑检测线都采用IBM-PC/XT为主控机种,现就此机种一般故障的判别方法加以介绍,其它机种查找故障原因时均可作为参考。 1.敲击法和手压法 经常遇到机器运行时出现易坏的现象,这种现象绝大多数是由于接触不良或虚焊造成的。对于这种情况可先采用敲击法或手压法。 所谓敲击法就是用小橡皮锤或其他敲击物轻轻敲打可能产生故障的部件,看是否会出现故障;所谓“手压法”就是在故障出现后,关上电源,对接插的部件和插头、插座重新用手压牢,再开机试看是否会消除故障。
