曾用于秦岭隧道Ⅰ线施工的TB880E掘进机的拖拉系统,通过对材料的运输联系主机前部及后配套,使施工各工序紧密衔接起来,其能否正常运转直接影响到整机的运行。拖拉系统泵站（图1）为整个链式拖拉系统提供液压动能,是保障正常运转的关键部件。本文就泵站的常见故障进行实例分析。
The tractor system of TB880E roadheader used in the construction of Ⅰ tunnel in Qinling Tunnel has closely linked the construction processes by connecting the front and back of the host machine to the material transportation and whether the normal operation of the TB880E boring machine can directly affect the operation of the whole machine. Towing system Pumping station (Figure 1) provides hydraulic kinetic energy for the entire chain drag system, which is the key component to ensure normal operation. This article carries on the example analysis to the common breakdown of the pumping station.
