受应试教育影响,现阶段的普通高中教育仍然不同程度地存在着单一、封闭和功利等问题,不利于人才的培养,尤其阻碍了学生创新能力的发展。针对这些问题,北京市第十二中学在准确理解和把握普通高中教育的责任与使命的同时,从学生终身发展和科学育人的角度,把握一个核心——立德树人,推进两大策略——创新驱动和实践育人,穿越三方边界——学科边界、学习边界和学校边界,有效提高了学生的创新能力,提升了学校的办学水平。
Under the influence of exam-oriented education, there are still some single, closed and utilitarian issues in ordinary senior high schools at this stage, which are not conducive to the training of qualified personnel, especially hindering the development of students’ innovative abilities. In response to these problems, the Twelfth Middle School in Beijing, while accurately understanding and grasping the responsibility and mission of general senior secondary education, at the same time, from the perspective of life-long development and scientific education, grasp the core of Lide Tree and promote two strategies - Innovation drives and hands-on education, traversing the tripartite boundary - discipline boundaries, learning boundaries and school boundaries, effectively improving students’ ability to innovate and improving their schooling standards.
