在一个全球化特征日益明显,英语作为国际语言地位日益突出的时代,学生的英语听力成为他们与人交往、适应现代社会生活、参与竞争和自我发展的重要能力。随着英语新课程改革,加强学生的听力训练,提高学生听力理解水平,已经受到广大英语教师的高度重视。但目前学生的听力状况远远不能适应社会的要求,不少学生存在听力障碍,距新课标所规定的目标尚有一定的距离。因此在学校教育中,教师教学有意识地培养学生的听力具有积极而深远的意义。
In an age when globalization is becoming increasingly obvious and English as an international language is increasingly prominent, students’ English listening competence has become their important ability to interact with people, adapt to modern social life, participate in competition and develop themselves. With the reform of English new curriculum, strengthening students ’listening training and improving students’ listening comprehension, they have received the great attention of the majority of English teachers. However, the current student’s hearing status is far from being able to meet the requirements of the society. Many students have hearing impairment and have a certain distance from the target set by the new curriculum standard. Therefore, in school education, teachers ’teaching consciously cultivating students’ listening has a positive and far-reaching significance.
