对云南产区云87部分上等烟主要常规化学成分含量作初步剖析,以了解云南产区云87的品种特性,为生产优质烟叶提供一定的理论依据。结果显示:烟叶含总植物碱量、含氮量、糖/碱、含氯量、钾/氯和氮/碱均满足优质烤烟需求,总糖及还原糖含量较高,钾/氯的变异系数最大,总糖含量的变异系数最小;云87不同部位烟叶间差异显著,总植物碱含量、含钾量、含氮量、两糖差、糖/氮、糖/碱、氮/碱和钾/氯在不同部位间差异显著(P<0.05);总糖含量、还原糖含量、总植物碱、含氯量、含钾量、含氮量、两糖差、糖/氮、糖/碱、氮/碱和钾/氯均在不同的种植区差异显著(p<0.05)。所以在今后烟草种植及调制中如何有效控制总糖、还原糖含量和两糖差及增加含钾量是需要重点关注的问题。
The primary routine chemical constituents of Yun 87 in Yunan Region were preliminarily analyzed to understand the characteristics of Yun 87 in Yunnan and to provide some theoretical basis for producing high quality tobacco. The results showed that the content of total alkaloids, nitrogen, sugar / alkali, chlorine, potassium, chlorine and nitrogen / alkali in the leaves of tobacco leaves all met the demand of high quality flue-cured tobacco, the content of total sugar and reducing sugar was higher, The content of total plant alkaloids, potassium, nitrogen, sugar difference, sugar / nitrogen, sugar / alkali, nitrogen / alkali and potassium / Total chlorine, reducing sugar, total alkali, chlorine, potassium, nitrogen, sugar difference, sugar / nitrogen, sugar / alkali, nitrogen / Alkali and potassium / chlorine in different planting areas significantly different (p <0.05). Therefore, in the future tobacco planting and modulation of how to effectively control the total sugar, reducing sugar content and two sugar difference and increase the amount of potassium is the need to focus on the issue.
