前言放射性同位素X射线荧光技术是近年来迅速发展起来的、可用于野外对元素直接进行定性、定量测定品位的一种新方法。它在地质勘探、开采、选矿、冶炼等工作中有着广泛的应用。这种方法所用的仪器轻便,测量速度快(只需数十秒钟),可测元素广泛,且无需经过化学处理就能直接对粉末样品、岩芯或钻井巷壁固体矿石和液体矿样测定待测元素的含量,划分矿层厚度,计算线储量。这种技术当前在国外已广泛使用。1979年成都地院研制成功科研样机,1980年与重庆地质仪器厂协作制成了JXY—
