我国会计准则委员会于10月12日在京宣布成立。该委员会的职责是:对会计准则总体方案、体例结构、立项等提供咨询;对会计政策选择提供咨询;对会计准则实施等提供咨询并反馈有关信息。该委员会由政府部门、学术界、注册会计师行业、证券监管部门及企业界等方面的会计专家、学者和代表组成。委员会主席由财政部副部长张佑才担任。委员为(按姓氏笔划为序):冯淑萍(财政部会计司司长)、汤云为(上海财经大学校长)、朱棋珩(信德会计师事务 Our Accounting Standards Committee was announced in Beijing on October 12. The responsibilities of the committee are: to advise on the overall scheme, structure and project of the accounting standards; to advise on the choice of accounting policies; to provide advice on the implementation of accounting standards and to provide feedback on relevant information. The committee consists of government experts, academics, CPAs, securities regulators and the business sector, accounting experts, scholars and representatives. The chairman of the committee is Zhang Youcai, vice minister of finance.
