This is a competition program that challenged the definition of traditional museums and the common relationship between buildings and sites. The ground floor contains enough external public space, including an art park, Hall of Fame and garden corridor. The entire building is divided by an open ground, half of the building is connected to the ground, and the other half hovers in the air to create a floating elegance. This design has a dual purpose: first, to a certain extent, to pick the air to avoid the destruction of the building by the local extreme weather, will minimize the impact; the second is to re-interpret the concept of modern art museum.
