目的了解某管片厂在生产过程中存在职业病危害因素,以保护从业人员的身体健康。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和工作场所职业病危害因素检测方法,进行职业卫生现况调查分析。结果化学毒物定点采样中有4个电焊岗位的锰及其化合物测定值不符合限值;粉尘定点采样中有4个电焊岗位的电焊烟尘测定值不符合限值;22个噪声测定点中有12个测点超标,超标率为54.55%;职业体检中发现6例噪声作业者高频听阈提高。结论粉尘、噪声是该厂主要的职业病危害因素,应重点控制;该建设项目对职业病危害的控制措施基本可行和有效。
Objective To understand the existence of occupational hazards in the production process of a pipe factory in order to protect the health of employees. Methods The investigation of occupational health status was conducted by field occupational hygiene survey and detection of occupational hazards in the workplace. Results There were 4 values of manganese and its compounds in the spot welding of chemical poisons, which did not meet the limits. The measured value of 4 welding spots in the dust spot sampling did not meet the limits. Among the 22 noise measurement points, 12 A test point exceeded the standard rate was 54.55%; occupational physical examination found six cases of noise operators increased high-frequency hearing threshold. Conclusion Dust and noise are the main occupational hazards of the plant and should be given priority control. The control measures of occupational hazards in the construction project are basically feasible and effective.
