叶圣陶先生在《大力研究语文教学,尽快改进语文教学》一文中曾大声疾呼:“学生作文教师改,跟命题作文学生作一样,学生都处于被动的地位……”能不能把古来的东西变一变,让学生处于主动地位呢?几年来,笔者将现代教育管理上目标管理论与控制论运用到作文批改上,即教师将每篇作文训练的具体要求分解成若干个具体的目标层次,然后指导学生按各目标层次分初作、试作、再作三步完成作文,与此同时,教师对学生作文的批改也是分三步逐渐控制而完成的,因这种作文批改程序共分三步,故又叫“三步作文批改法”。

At the same time, the teacher’s correction of student writing is also gradually controlled in three steps. This process of composition review is divided into three steps. It is also called “three-step essay writing method.”
