一、前言随着汽车工业的迅速发展,粘接件在汽车中的应用日益增多,粘接技术在汽车制造中的地位也越来越重要。汽车制造中使用的粘接剂,不但要考虑它的物理性能,还必须使其适应当前的汽车制造技术,以达到自动化涂敷和自动化粘接的要求。汽车上的被粘接件,以钣金件(钢板)为主,其次是玻璃和塑料等方面。为了适应用户的需求,日本各汽车生产厂家都在大力开发粘接技术,生产出成本低、质量轻、经济性能好的汽车。
I. Introduction With the rapid development of automobile industry, the application of adhesive in automobile has been increasing day by day, and the bonding technology has become more and more important in automobile manufacturing. Adhesives used in automobile manufacturing not only have to consider its physical properties, but must also be adapted to current automotive manufacturing technology to meet the requirements of automated coating and automated bonding. Adhesive pieces on the car to sheet metal (steel) -based, followed by glass and plastic and so on. In order to meet the needs of users, all Japanese car manufacturers are vigorously developing bonding technology to produce low cost, light weight, good economy performance of the car.
