基于现有机载设备和仪器,通过增加由目标温度和实际温度的温差控制的电液伺服活门、作动器和连杆机构,实现了基于温度偏差的闭环自动控制散热系统。液压伺服油选用发动机滑油。电动液压伺服机构失效时,随动活塞和连杆会在压缩弹簧的作用下使散热风门处于全开状态,以提供汽缸足量的冷却空气流量,避免汽缸超温。CHT表座舱显示选装伏特表(毫伏),以监控汽缸温度散热情况。
