露天矿汽车轮胎消耗占运输成本比重大,合理选择轮胎型号有利于降低运输总成本。考虑到轮胎选型因素的模糊性和层次性,采用专家问卷调查法,建立了基于模糊决策的轮胎选型模型,以轮胎参数、环境适应性和厂家因素为一级指标,以路况适应性、TKPH(每小时吨公里值)等12个因素为二级指标,使用层次分析法确定各因素权重,利用模糊决策确定最佳轮胎型号。通过实例分析,说明了模型的应用过程。
Open-pit mining car tire consumption accounted for a large proportion of transportation costs, a reasonable choice of tire model is conducive to reducing the total cost of transportation. Taking into account the fuzziness and hierarchy of the tire selection factors, a questionnaire survey method was used to establish a tire selection model based on fuzzy decision making. Tire parameters, environmental adaptability and factory factors were used as first-level indicators, TKPH (tonnage per hour per hour) and other 12 indicators for the second level indicators, the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each factor, the use of fuzzy decision to determine the best tire model. Through the example analysis, the application process of the model is illustrated.
