应用局部照射法对小鼠造血基质祖细胞(CFU-F)在循环血中迁徙规律进行了研究。小鼠在局部照射20Gy后6小时循环血中能检到CFU-F,24小时达到高峰,之后下降,到96小时出现第二高峰,以后逐渐下降,6天趋于消失。正常情况下,循环血中未见CFU-F?;全身大剂量照射后,基质破坏,无再生来源,外周血中也未见CFU-F存在。可见,小鼠在局部照射后,其屏蔽部位造血基质祖细胞很快向受照部位迁徙参与造血重建。
Local migration of mouse hematopoietic progenitor cells (CFU-F) in circulating blood migration law was studied. CFU-F was detected in circulating blood of mice 6 hours after local irradiation of 20Gy, peaked at 24 hours, and then decreased. The second peak appeared after 96 hours, then decreased gradually and disappeared in 6 days. Under normal circumstances, CFU-F was not found in the circulating blood; after the whole body was irradiated with large doses, the matrix was destroyed and there was no regenerative source, and no CFU-F was found in the peripheral blood. Visible, local irradiation in mice, the shielding parts of hematopoietic progenitor cells quickly migrate to the irradiated site involved in hematopoietic reconstruction.
