先天性双侧后鼻孔闭锁可致成新生儿急性呼吸道阻塞因吸气时舌上顶软腭,以致口腔气道受阻,用力吸气则紫绀加重,可窒息致死。但若婴儿啼哭,改为经口呼吸,气道阻塞即可缓解;但当啼哭停止,口腔关闭,气道阻塞又重复出现。而单侧闭锁则不致有明显的气道受阻现象,可于出生后数周、数月、甚至数年才被发现。作者收集1966~1984年的65例临床所证实的后鼻孔闭锁中,31例为双侧闭锁,34例为单侧;65例中25例有不同程度的其他先天畸形。最简单的鼻腔通气试验法是用少许棉花纤维
Congenital bilateral posterior nosocomial atresia can cause neonatal acute respiratory blockage due to inhalation of the tongue on the top of the soft palate, resulting in impaired oral airway, forced inspiratory cyanosis aggravating, can suffocate to death. However, if the baby cries, instead of breathing through the mouth, the airway obstruction can be alleviated; but when the crying stops, the oral cavity is closed and the airway obstruction is repeated. Unilateral occlusion is not obvious airway obstruction, can be found weeks, months, even years after birth. The authors collected 65 clinically confirmed posterior nasal atresia from 1966 to 1984, 31 with bilateral occlusion and 34 with unilateral and 65 with 25 patients with varying degrees of other congenital malformations. The simplest nasal ventilation test method is to use a little cotton fiber
