建立了高效液相色谱法测定注射用复方三维B(Ⅱ)中的三组分。采用Agela C18色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲液(0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液1 000 ml,用1 mol/L氢氧化钾溶液调节pH值至6.3,A)∶甲醇(B)(86∶14)为流动相,测定硝酸硫胺和盐酸吡哆辛,检测波长267 nm;以A∶B(75∶25)为流动相,测定维生素B12,检测波长361 nm。硝酸硫胺、盐酸吡哆辛和维生素B12分别在2.0~10.1、30.5~152.7和1.2~6.2μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.63%、99.39%和100.60%,RSD分别为0.31%、0.67%和0.58%。
A HPLC method for the determination of three components in compound three-dimensional B (Ⅱ) for injection was established. Using Agela C18 column, the pH was adjusted to 6.3 with phosphate buffer solution (0.05 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution 1000 ml, 1 mol / L potassium hydroxide solution): methanol (B) (86: 14) as the mobile phase, the thiamine nitrate and pyridoxine hydrochloride were detected at the detection wavelength of 267 nm. The concentration of vitamin B12 and the detection wavelength of 361 nm were determined with A:B (75:25) as the mobile phase. The linear relationship was found between thiamine nitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride and vitamin B12 in the concentration ranges of 2.0 ~ 10.1, 30.5 ~ 152.7 and 1.2 ~ 6.2μg / ml respectively, with the average recoveries of 99.63%, 99.39% and 100.60%, respectively 0.31%, 0.67% and 0.58%.
