翼状胬肉是较为常见眼病,农村多发,严重者可致盲,其以往手术后复发率较高(约20％—30％),我院自1993年来采用翼状胬肉切除带蒂球结膜瓣转移术治疗翼状胬肉,明显降低了复发率,疗效满意,现报道如下。1.一般资料 本文患者128例139眼,为进行性翼状胬肉,男性52例,女性76例,农民81例,工人30例,干部17例,单眼发病117例,双眼发病11例,年龄最小29岁,最大76岁,病程8个月至28年。2.手术方法2·1 常规表麻,消毒,铺巾。
