虽然2010年新一轮的房地产调控初见成效,但从10年的长期角度来看,我国房地产价格却面临着越调控越涨的怪状。对于房地产价格异常上涨的原因众说纷纭。本文将从货币政策对房地产价格的作用角度来分析近年房价高涨的原因,论述为了实现经济增长,充分就业,物价稳定和国际收支平衡而采取的货币政策在房价异常上涨的过程中所起的推动作用。最后,本文将结合以上论述,提出防范和应对房地产泡沫的货币政策建议。
