以华丰煤矿-750泵房巷道为例,对高地压硐室综合支护技术进行了研究。分析了巷道变形破坏的主要原因,并据此提出了采用高强智能让压锚杆锚网喷+锚棚+锚注的综合支护技术,通过监控量测对支护效果进行了分析。实践结果表明,该方法对深部硐室进行了有效支护,控制了围岩变形,保证了-750泵房的稳定和服务年限,具有较好的推广应用前景。
Taking Huafeng Coal Mine -750 pumping station roadway as an example, the comprehensive supporting technology of high pressure underground cavern is studied. The main reason of roadway deformation and damage is analyzed. Based on the analysis, the comprehensive support technology of high pressure and high pressure to make anchor bolting, anchor bolting and anchor injection is put forward. The support effect is analyzed by monitoring and measuring. The practical results show that the method effectively supports the deep chamber and controls the deformation of the surrounding rock, ensuring the stability and service life of the -750 pump house and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
