针对北电二期汽轮机效率偏低的问题,开展了提高汽轮机效率可行性研究的相关工作。分析了北电二期600 MW汽轮机的通流部分运行现状,对效率偏低原因进行试验与计算分析,效率偏低主要是由于无叶通流部分的设计问题,提出了提高汽轮机效率的各种可能改造方案,为下一步具体制定改进措施提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of the low efficiency of the second stage turbine of Nortel, the related work of improving the feasibility of the steam turbine efficiency is carried out. The current situation of the flow passage of the 600 MW steam turbine of the second stage of Nortel was analyzed. The reason of the low efficiency was tested and calculated. The low efficiency was mainly due to the design problem of the non-leaf flow passage, It is possible to reform the program to provide reference for further improvement measures in the next step.
