本文利用浸渍-提拉法,将镍掺杂的过氧聚钨酸(PTA)复合薄膜固定在锡(Sn2+,Sn4+)掺杂的玻璃光波导(Sn doped glass slide OWG)表面,研制出了一种高灵敏的二甲苯蒸气光波导传感元件。采用流动注射法对二甲苯蒸气进行了检测。实验结果表明,在室温下,该传感元件对浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-3(V/V)范围的二甲苯蒸气具有良好的线性响应(R=0.9868),检出限(S/N=3)为5.0×10-7,相对标准偏差为4.3%。该传感元件具有灵敏度高、可逆性好、响应和恢复时间短、制备工艺简单、操作方便等特点。
In this paper, a nickel-doped PTA composite thin film was fixed on the surface of tin (Sn2 +, Sn4 +) doped glass-doped optical waveguide (Sn doped glass slide OWG) Highly sensitive xylene vapor optical waveguide sensing element. Xylene vapor was detected by flow injection method. The experimental results show that the sensing element has a good linear response to xylene vapor (R = 0.9868) at a concentration of 1.0 × 10-6 to 1.0 × 10-3 (V / V) at room temperature, and the detection limit (S / N = 3) was 5.0 × 10-7 with a relative standard deviation of 4.3%. The sensor has high sensitivity, good reversibility, response and recovery time is short, the preparation process is simple, easy to operate and so on.
