近年来,金属钒酸盐作为光催化材料被广泛关注,其中钒酸铋凭借其稳定性好、禁带宽度相对较窄,可作为新型可见光响应半导体催化剂用于光解水和光解有机污染物等,引起人们的普遍关注。本研究介绍了可见光催化材料钒酸铋的改性方法,包括掺杂改性和复合改性,并综述了近年来钒酸铋材料的研究进展,最后对钒酸铋未来的发展方向进行了展望。
In recent years, metal vanadate has attracted much attention as a photocatalytic material. Among them, vanadate is a new type of visible light-responsive semiconductor catalyst for photolysis and photolysis of organic contaminants due to its good stability and relatively narrow band gap , Aroused widespread concern. In this study, we introduced the modification of bismuth vanadate, which is a kind of visible light catalytic material, including doping modification and compound modification, and reviewed the research progress of bismuth vanadate materials in recent years. Finally, the future development direction of bismuth vanadate was prospected .
