天津第一炼钢厂对平炉炼炉工艺进行改革,采用薄层垫补炉底,自今年一月起分别在两座固定式中型平炉上进行了试验,取得了良好的效果。提高了炉底寿命;在不影响熔炼时间的前提下降低了炼炉率;降低了镁砂单耗;由于炉形正常,延长了炉体寿命;减轻了劳动强度。几项主要指标如表1所示。所用的垫补料采用高铁镁砂(掺入20%铁皮)或冶金镁砂(掺入30%铁皮),其成分见表2。
The first steelmaking plant in Tianjin reformed the open hearth furnace process. The thin bottom pad was used to make up the bottom of the furnace. Since January this year, two pilot-operated medium-sized flat hearth furnaces have been tested and good results have been achieved. Improve the life of the bottom of the furnace; reduce the melting furnace rate under the premise of not affecting the smelting time; reduce the consumption of magnesia; due to normal furnace shape, extending the life of the furnace; reduce labor intensity. Several major indicators are shown in Table 1. The padding used was high-iron magnesia (20% tin) or metallurgical magnesia (30% iron), and its composition is shown in Table 2.
