以起点温度较高的早籼光(温)敏核不育系W61545作转育基因供体,分别与早籼、中籼品种杂交,在早籼遗传背景下,不育株系表现起点温度较高,育性不稳定;在中籼遗传背景下,不育株系育性表现差异较大.部分中籼株系育性稳定、表明籼型光(温)敏核不育系由“高温敏型”向“低温敏型”转育是可行的。本文中笔者采用低世代双稳定群体系统法筛选不育株系,并育成起点温度较低的中籼光(温)敏核不育系X07S,大大提高了株系选择的准确性。
The early indica (thermo) sensitive genic male sterile line W61545 was used as a transgenic donor and crossed with early indica and middle indica cultivars respectively. Under the genetic background of indica rice, the starting temperature of the sterile lines was higher High, fertile instability; in indica genetic background, fertility lines show greater differences in fertility. The fertility of some indica lines was stable, which indicated that it is feasible to transfer indica (ther) sensitive genic male sterile lines from “hypersensitive” to “low temperature sensitive”. In this paper, we use low generation bistam population system to screen sterile lines and cultivate X07S, a sensitive genic male sterile line with lower starting temperature, which greatly improves the accuracy of selection.
