对动脉狭窄经皮经管血管扩张术后的再发病例应用激光照射行PTA(PTLA)可以得到改善。作者应用Na:YAG激光非接触照射法,功率为80W,距离0.5cm,2次/秒,间隔1~2秒。激光照射血液时,为确定激光探针前端的凝血,血管内的生理盐水中置入闪光器以便血管内窥镜观察。照射前动脉近端以球囊闭塞,经激光照射后动脉狭窄部位的动脉壁变得平滑,几乎不再发生狭窄。作者施行了动脉硬化性高度狭窄的7个部位的扩张,未见复发,观察时间为8~32个月。Buerger氏病激光血管扩张术的病例少,尚难评价。但对闭塞比较短者(5cm以下)多有效。PTLA的适应证除PTA适
PTA (PTLA) can be improved by laser irradiation in patients with recurrent aortic stenosis after percutaneous transvascular tube dilatation.
