通过对铁路桥梁支座用防腐涂料涂装工艺进行优化改进,使涂装的桥梁支座漆膜具有优异防磕碰性能,有效解决了支座油漆开裂脱落问题。研究了不同涂装工艺对涂膜性能的影响,并用DSC对不同干燥工艺的漆膜进行了性能表征。结果表明:当支座油漆烘干工艺采用60℃烘1 h,复合涂层漆膜厚度在250~350μm,工件底材采用清洗和抛丸工艺处理时,支座油漆的漆膜具有良好的耐冲击、附着力、耐盐雾腐蚀性能,漆膜抗开裂脱落能力大大提高。
