目的观察糖尿病肾病患者血清Cys-C、TSP-1及β2-MG水平变化。方法将糖尿病患者186例根据患者是否伴发肾病分为糖尿病肾病组(A组)94例和单纯糖尿病组(B组)92例,并选择同期入院体检的100例健康者(C组),分别观察3组血清Cys-C、TSP-1及β2-MG水平。结果 A组血清Cys-C、TSP-1及β2-MG水平均显著高于B组与C组;B组血清TSP-1水平显著高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组血清Cys-C、β2-MG水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者血清Cys-C、TSP-1及β2-MG水平显著高于健康组和单纯糖尿病患者组,可作为糖尿病肾病辅助诊断的血清学指标。
Objective To observe the changes of serum Cys-C, TSP-1 and β2-MG levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Ninety-six patients with diabetic nephropathy (group A) and 92 patients with simple diabetes mellitus (group B) were divided according to whether patients with diabetic nephropathy were included in the study. 186 healthy subjects (group C) were enrolled in the study. The levels of serum Cys-C, TSP-1 and β2-MG in the three groups were observed. Results Serum levels of Cys-C, TSP-1 and β2-MG in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C. The level of serum TSP-1 in group B was significantly higher than that in group C (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in serum Cys-C and β2-MG between group B and group C (P> 0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of Cys-C, TSP-1 and β2-MG in patients with diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those in healthy people and patients with simple diabetes, which could be used as a serological marker in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
