目的 :　寻求治疗男性前尿道尖锐湿疣的最佳手术方法。方法 :　对 90例男性前尿道尖锐湿疣采用钳上烧灼疗法去除疣体。结果 :　 6 5例 1次性治愈 ,治愈率达 72 .2 % ,且出血少。结论 :　钳上烧灼疗法是目前治疗男性前尿道内尖锐湿疣较好的方法 ,值得推广。 Objective: To seek the best surgical treatment of male anterior urethral condyloma acuminatum. Methods: Ninety cases of anterior urethral condyloma acuminatum were treated with forceps incision to remove the wart. Results: 65 cases of a one-time cure, the cure rate was 72.2%, and less bleeding. Conclusions: Cigarette-burning therapy is a better method for the treatment of genital warts in the anterior urethra in men, which is worth promoting.
