目的探讨betatrophin与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的关系。方法选择40例PCOS患者作为PCOS组,40例正常育龄女性作为对照组。计算体质量指数(BMI),采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法测定血清betatrophin水平,同时检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS),计算稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),分析各指标间的相关性。结果 PCOS组患者的BMI、FINS、HOMA-IR、betatrophin水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.474、7.281、5.670、5.194,P<0.01);两组患者的年龄、FPG比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=1.277、0.408,P>0.05)。PCOS组患者的血清betatrophin水平与FINS、HOMA-IR、BMI呈正相关(r=0.364、0.358、0.317,P<0.05),与年龄、FPG水平无相关性(r=0.113、0.179,P>0.05)。结论 betatrophin与PCOS的发生有明显相关性,可能在PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)的发生、发展中起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between betatrophin and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Forty PCOS patients were selected as the PCOS group and 40 normal women of reproductive age as the control group. The body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Serum betatrophin levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and fasting insulin (FINS) were measured at the same time. , Analysis of the correlation between the indicators. Results The levels of BMI, FINS, HOMA-IR and betatrophin in patients with PCOS were significantly higher than those in controls (t = 3.474,7.281,5.670,5.194, P <0.01). The age, FPG There was no significant difference between the two groups (t = 1.277,0.408, P> 0.05). Serum betatrophin levels in patients with PCOS were positively correlated with FINS, HOMA-IR and BMI (r = 0.364,0.358,0.317, P <0.05), but no correlation with age and FPG (r = 0.113,0.179, P> 0.05) . Conclusion There is a significant correlation between betatrophin and PCOS, which may play a role in the occurrence and development of insulin resistance (IR) in patients with PCOS.
