苏州河下游段防汛墙加固改造工程位于上海市中心城区,工程质量直接关乎上海市中心城区防汛重任。本工程防汛墙采用高桩承台结构型式,其中桩基础是防汛墙结构的重要组成部分,作为重要隐蔽工程,直接关系防汛墙安全,对桩基工程质量进行有效控制十分重要。本工程桩基型式繁多、工程量大、工期紧,对各类桩基础进行过程质量控制难度亦很大。本文主要针对各类桩型,从成桩质量过程控制检查、成桩质量检测及桩基工程验收资料等层面较为系统的介绍了桩基工程质量控制方法,在本工程中得到很好的运用,为确保本工程桩基工程质量取得很好的效果。桩基质量控制方法与经验可以为以后类似工程提供借鉴作用。
The lower reaches of the Suzhou River flood control wall consolidation project is located in downtown Shanghai, the quality of the project directly related to the central city of Shanghai flood control task. The flood control wall of this project adopts the structure type of high-pile caps, of which pile foundation is an important part of the flood control wall structure. As an important hidden project, it is directly related to the flood control wall safety and it is very important to control the quality of pile foundation effectively. This project has many types of pile foundations, large quantities of projects, tight schedule, the process of quality control of various types of pile foundation is also very difficult. This article mainly aims at all kinds of pile types, and introduces the pile foundation engineering quality control methods systematically from the aspects of pile quality control, pile quality inspection and pile foundation project acceptance data. It is well used in this project, To ensure that the quality of the project pile foundation to obtain good results. Pile foundation quality control methods and experiences can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
