本文报道了8种含碘复合物(I_(1~8))的制备和分析结果,并对其稳定性、水溶性和杀菌效果进行了观察。此类复合物克服了一般碘制剂水溶解度小、刺激性大、易升华,有令人讨厌的气味和黄染性等缺点,具有水溶性高,杀菌效果好,刺激性和毒性低以及不污染衣物等优点,能广泛应用于医疗和卫生防疫消毒。实验表明,所制备的复合物对抵抗力较强的类炭疽杆菌芽胞的杀灭效果均比对照物 PVP-Ⅰ强。其中3个复合物400ppm 作用60min,杀灭率可达99.99%;2个复合物在同样条件下可达99.90%。含碘复合物是一类有实用价值的消毒防腐药。本文还初步讨论了复合物的结构与活性关系。
In this paper, the preparation and analysis of eight kinds of iodine-containing complexes (I_ (1-8)) were reported. The stability, water-solubility and bactericidal effect were also observed. Such complexes overcome the shortcomings of water solubility, irritation, easy sublimation, nasty smell and yellow dye of the general iodine preparations, have the advantages of high water solubility, good bactericidal effect, low irritation and toxicity and no pollution Clothing and other advantages, can be widely used in medical and health epidemic prevention and disinfection. Experiments show that the prepared compound has stronger killing effect against the Bacillus anthracis spores than the control PVP-I. Among them, 400ppm of three complexes reacted for 60min and the killing rate reached 99.99%. The two complexes could reach 99.90% under the same conditions. Iodine-containing compounds are a class of disinfectants with practical value. This article also initially discussed the structure and activity of the complex relationship.
