研究了在Cu Fe基烧结摩擦材料中SiO2 和SiC对材料的力学性能特别是摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明 :添加SiO2 摩擦材料的抗弯强度和摩擦因数分别为 141MPa和 0 .2 77,添加SiC的分别为 89MPa和 0 .2 5 5 ,添加SiO2 +SiC的分别为 10 9MPa和 0 .2 5 5。添加SiO2 的摩擦材料磨损量为后两者的 2倍 ,而添加SiC和SiO2 +SiC的摩擦材料对对偶的磨损量比前者约大 10倍。
The effects of SiO2 and SiC on the mechanical properties, especially the friction and wear properties of Cu Fe-based sintered friction materials were investigated. The results show that the flexural strength and friction coefficient of the friction material added with SiO2 are 141MPa and 0.277, respectively, the additions of SiC are 89MPa and 0.252, respectively. The addition of SiO2 + SiC is respectively 10 9MPa and 0.25 5. The wear amount of the friction material added with SiO2 is 2 times that of the latter two, while the friction material with SiC and SiO2 + SiC adds about 10 times more wear than the former.
