近年来文献报道鼻咽癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、白血病、恶性淋巴瘤等患者淋巴细胞的自发与诱发性姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)率均比正常对照组高,认为SCE是一种反映细胞恶变的参数而起到“临床前癌症标记”(Preclinical Cancer marker)的作用。国内未见有关盐酸氮芥对食管癌患者淋巴细胞SCE率影响的报道。我省为食管癌高发区,为了探索SCE检测能否作为食管癌的早期诊断指标,检查了食管癌患者和正常人各10名自发及盐酸氮芥诱发的SCE,发现两者有非常显著的差异。
