目前,由于社会经济生产水平的提高,人们对于居住质量条件有了新的追去,这在一定程度上促进建筑行业迅猛发展的同时,也导致了市场房价交易价格的起伏。近年来,建筑价值的持续增长牵动着社会各界的心,如何保障建筑房价的稳定,在政府调控、社会监督之外,建设工程自身的成本控制也是平衡房价的重要因素。本文从影响建设工程投资成本控制的几个突出因素出发,探究如何从各方面对建设工程投资成本进行合理有效的控制。
