汽车修理中,经常遇到轮毂(俗称哈以头)轴承及油封座的磨损。由于轮毂是铸钢件,含碳量较高,如操作不当极易产生焊接裂纹和白口,造成机加困难。特别是当铸钢中含硫、磷量较高时更为严重。因此,以往一般均采用镶套法或用铜钎焊法修复。这不仅工效低,同时还耗费大量有色金属。遵照毛主席“勤俭办工厂”的伟大教导,我们经过反复实践,采用普通低碳钢焊条堆焊修复法,不但成本低、质量好,而且操作简便。
Car repair, often encountered hub (commonly known as Ha first) bearings and oil seal seat wear. As the wheel hub is cast steel, carbon content is higher, such as improper operation can easily lead to welding cracks and white, resulting in mechanical and difficult. Especially when the steel containing sulfur, phosphorus is more serious when the higher. Therefore, in the past generally use set method or copper brazing repair. This not only low efficiency, but also consume a lot of non-ferrous metals. In accordance with the great teaching of Chairman Mao’s “Diligence and Fulfillment Factory”, after repeated practice, we use common mild steel electrode surfacing repair method, not only low cost, good quality, but also easy to operate.
