辽宁省建筑科研所和省建二公司采用本溪页岩陶粒作粗骨料,辽宁电厂废渣——炉下灰作细骨料制成的页岩陶粒炉下灰混凝土(标号100号,干容重为1400公斤/米~3)已在沈阳大板建筑住宅7500平米中应用。混凝土采用两种配合比:①水泥:粉煤灰:陶粒:炉下灰=240公斤:100公斤:0.9立米:0.6立米,砂率为40%。②水泥:陶粒:炉下灰=300公斤:0.4立米:1.0立米。混凝土性能可以满足有关标准的要求。混凝土后期强度有较大的增长,混凝土碳化及钢筋锈蚀性能均良好。
The Liaoning Provincial Institute of Building Research and the Provincial Jian’er II Company used Benxi shale ceramics as the coarse aggregate, and Liaoning Power Plant’s waste slag—the ash from the furnace was used as a fine-grain material to make the shale ceramic furnace lower ash concrete (No. 100, dry). The bulk density of 1400 kg/m~3 has been applied in Shenyang 7500 square meters of large-scale residential buildings. Concrete uses two mix ratios: 1 Cement: fly ash: ceramic particles: furnace ash = 240 kg: 100 kg: 0.9 liter meters: 0.6 meters, sand rate is 40%. 2 Cement: ceramsite: furnace ash = 300kg: 0.4m3: 1.0m. Concrete properties can meet the requirements of the relevant standards. The strength of the concrete in the later period has greatly increased, and the concrete carbonization and corrosion of steel bars are all good.
