城市开发建设过程中BIM技术的应用逐渐普及。顺应这一趋势,提出了一种基于Civil 3D的山区城市用地竖向规划设计优化方法。该方法尝试利用Civil 3D对原始地形和竖向设计方案快速建模,即时计算填、挖土方,大大提高了竖向规划的效率和合理性。该方法的优势在于能对竖向设计方案进行快速建模和优化调整,并能实现竖向规划方案与平面方案的协同开展、相互反馈、交叉进行,从而能综合统筹山区城市总体竖向规划过程中的各种要求和矛盾,是对城市竖向规划设计的一次有益探索。文中结合福建省武夷新区一则工程实例对竖向规划设计思路进行了说明。
The application of BIM technology in urban development and construction is gradually popularized. In response to this trend, a method of vertical planning and design optimization of mountain urban land based on Civil 3D is proposed. This method attempts to use Civil 3D to rapidly model the original terrain and vertical design scheme, and calculate the filling and earth excavation in real time, which greatly improves the efficiency and rationality of vertical planning. The advantages of this method lie in that the vertical design scheme can be quickly modeled and optimally adjusted, and the vertical planning scheme and the planar scheme can be coordinated and reciprocated, so as to be able to comprehensively coordinate the overall vertical planning process in mountainous cities In the various requirements and contradictions, is a useful exploration of urban vertical planning and design. In this paper, an example of vertical planning and design in Wuyi New District of Fujian Province is described.
