目前,我国使用或生产的石油钻机,基本上是气控制的。为了加速我国石油工业的发展,我设想在现有钻机基础上,采用电子技术来实现钻机的自动化控制。 我的设想是:采用一种三通电磁阀和某些晶体管电路,把原用人力操纵的制动设备改为电力控制,以期不仅减轻工人的劳动强度,节省人力,避免或减少钻井事故的发生,而且有可能为改变气控钻机技术现狀,实现钻井工程自动程序控制创造条件。
At present, oil rigs used or produced in our country are basically gas-controlled. In order to speed up the development of China’s oil industry, I envisaged the use of electronic technology to realize the automatic control of drilling rigs on the basis of existing drilling rigs. My idea is: the use of a three-way solenoid valve and some transistor circuits, the original manual manipulation of the brake equipment to power control, with a view to not only reduce the labor intensity and save manpower to avoid or reduce the occurrence of drilling accidents , But also may create conditions for changing the status quo of gas-controlled drilling rigs and realizing automatic program control of drilling engineering.
