目的 探究联合使用山莨菪硷 (6 5 4- 2 )、外源性肺表面活性物质 (PS)对猪缺血—再灌注肺肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)含量及肺组织结构的影响。方法 取 4 5 ±d龄幼猪 2 4只 ,随机分成 4组 (n =6 ) :对照组、6 5 4- 2组、PS组、6 5 4- 2 +PS组 ,于阻断右肺动脉前、阻断后 6 0min、90min(开放 )、开放后 6 0min、90min、12 0min等时刻点分别抽取左、右肺静脉血 ,ELISA法检测TNF -α含量 ;分别取左、右肺下叶送病检。结果 TNF -α含量在各实验组右肺静脉血中明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;联合用药组明显低于 6 5 4- 2、PS组 (P <0 .0 1)。病检 :肺泡间质水肿、白细胞浸润、肺泡出血等 ,实验组明显低于对照组 ,以联合用药组最轻。结论 6 5 4- 2、PS对肺缺血—再灌注损伤有保护作用 ;联合用药肺保护作用优于单独用药
Objective To investigate the effects of combination of anisodamine (6 5 4- 2) and exogenous surfactant (PS) on the content of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and the structure of lung tissue in pigs with ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Twenty-four (45 ± d) young pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 6): control group, 654-2 group, PS group and 654-2 + PS group, Left and right pulmonary venous blood was collected before and 60 min, 90 min (open), 60 min, 90 min, 120 min after the opening, and the content of TNF-α was detected by ELISA. Disease examination. Results The content of TNF-αin the right pulmonary vein of each experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). The combination group was significantly lower than that of the 65 ± 2, PS group (P <0.01). Disease examination: alveolar interstitial edema, leukocyte infiltration, alveolar hemorrhage, the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the combination of the lightest group. Conclusion 6 5 4 2, PS has a protective effect on lung ischemia-reperfusion injury; combination of lung protection is better than single drug
